Step one – Free 15 minute call

Expat coaching is available online via Skype/Zoom wherever you are located in the world.  The first step towards change is to get in touch to book your complimentary 15 minute call to see if we are a good fit for each other. There is no pressure to book Coaching sessions after this call. It is totally your decision whether you would like to go ahead and work together.

Step two

The intake session where we work together to clarify your objectives, and requirements and how this will be achieved. This allows you to get the most of the sessions and keeps you on track and focused.  We decide on number of sessions and schedule dates and times.

Step Three

The Coaching process commences.
